We accept custom designs. You can upload or send us your artwork in a high-quality format (such as JPEG, PNG, or vector files), and we’ll work with you to ensure it’s suitable for embroidery.

For most items, we have no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single item or as many as you need. However, bulk discounts are available for larger orders.

Our typical production time is 7-14 business days from the time your order is confirmed. For larger or more complex orders, we will provide an estimated completion date. Rush orders may be available upon request.

Yes, we offer express production and shipping services for rush orders. Please contact us for availability and additional charges, as they vary depending on the order size and complexity.

• PayPal (if applicable) Full payment is required before production begins.

We offer sample stitching for custom designs so you can see the quality of our embroidery. Please note that there may be an additional charge for samples.

Since our items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or if there was an error on our part.

To ensure the longevity of your embroidered garments

• Wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
• Turn the garment inside out when washing and drying
• Air dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
